About Becky

Becky Canfield is a native New Jerseyan who now calls Northern Virginia home. After graduating with a degree in education from Messiah College, she has primarily focused on working with children. She has experience as a Sunday school teacher, camp counselor, and, most recently, as a Pre-K teacher. During that time, Becky rediscovered her love of writing, and God used the pandemic to nurture this gift.

With a childlike sense of wonder, Becky constantly searches for deeper meaning in the world around her—especially in conversations with friends, writing poetry, or journaling. She sees God in the ordinary and wants to encourage others to do the same.
